We are delighted to announce our program for bodyworkers, yogis, therapists, and anyone interested for 2024/2025. At the end of September, we will host a 6-day TYM Retreat, followed by the workshop "Abdominal Fascia" on Sveti Klement in Croatia. Additionally, we will return to the beautiful island of Koh Chang/Ranong in Thailand, where we will offer three different types of educational opportunities:

TYM BEGINNER´S RETREAT Part 1 (7 days)
This beginner's course on "Traditional Thai-Yoga-Massage" is a 7-day retreat, including Vipassana Meditation and Yoga, on the beautiful island of Koh Chang/Ranong in Thailand. The course is certified by Sunshine Network, Thailand.
The material is based on Asokananda's teachings, which means our focus will be mainly on static positions, and you will learn various techniques. The foundation of the course is the book "The Art of Traditional Thai Massage" written by Asokananda, but you will receive our own manual.
Thai-Yoga-Massage goes beyond mere techniques; it is also a spiritual practice. Therefore, we will also teach Vipassana Meditation, Yoga, and Qi Gong. Each morning will begin with Meditation and Yoga sessions. Ralph from OmTao will lead Qi Gong classes on two evenings.
This course is designed for total beginners, with a focus on how to use your body weight effectively, proper client touch, and fundamental techniques. By the end of this course, you will be able to perform treatments in various positions (back, prone, side, and sitting positions), with the main techniques involving the use of palms, thumbs, and simple stretches.
We will spend 7 days together on this beautiful natural island, where we will learn a lot, but also have the opportunity to enjoy the beach, the sea, and the amazing sunsets ;-)

TYM RETREAT Part 1 & 2 (12 days)
This foundation course on "Traditional Thai-Yoga-Massage" is a 12-day retreat, including Vipassana Meditation and Yoga, on the beautiful island of Koh Chang/Ranong in Thailand. The course is certified by Sunshine Network, Thailand.
The material is based on Asokananda's teachings, which means our focus will be mainly on static positions, and you will learn many different techniques. The foundation of the course is the book "The Art of Traditional Thai Massage" written by Asokananda, but you will receive our own manual with additional information. In this course, you will learn how to work with the energy lines using hands and feet, as well as various techniques, including stretches comparable to Yoga Asanas such as Cobra, Dancer Pose, Locust, and more.
Thai-Yoga-Massage is more than just techniques; it is also a spiritual practice. Therefore, we will also teach Vipassana Meditation, Yoga, and Qi Gong. Each morning will begin with Meditation and Yoga sessions. Ralph from OmTao will lead Qi Gong classes on at least two evenings.
This course is suitable for both beginners and those who have previously taken a workshop or beginners course and wish to deepen their techniques and spiritual path. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to give full Thai-Yoga-Massages.
We will spend two weeks together on this beautiful natural island, where we will learn a lot, but also have the opportunity to enjoy the beach, the sea, and the amazing sunsets ;-)
